Castle Design Build is experiencing rapid growth and seeking energetic door-to-door Canvassers to join our vibrant team. As a Canvasser, you will be the face of our high-quality design and construction services, initiating contact with potential clients and setting the stage for our sales team.

Duties :
- Engage with potential clients through door-to-door canvassing, events, and tradeshows to generate leads for kitchen and bathroom remodels.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits and quality of Castle Design Build’s services, creating interest and excitement.
- Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with prospective clients.
- Collect and record information on potential leads, maintaining accurate and organized data for follow-up.
- Represent the company professionally and ethically, upholding our reputation for high-quality service.
- Meet or exceed lead generation targets to contribute to the company’s growth objectives.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine canvassing strategies and approaches.
Requirements :
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing time effectively to meet goals.
- Experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet homeowners.
- A commitment to learning and growing within a fast-paced, evolving company environment.
