Experienced Residential Care Director( Must have R.N or L.P.N)

As a Residential Care Director, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents. You will lead a dedicated team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals in our community, ensuring that their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. • What you’ll do
• Oversee daily operations of the residential care facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs, including those requiring Alzheimer’s and dementia care.
• Supervise and mentor staff, promoting a culture of teamwork and excellence in service delivery.
• Manage budgets effectively while ensuring high-quality care and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and social workers to coordinate comprehensive care for residents.
• Conduct regular assessments of resident health and well-being, adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Facilitate training programs for staff on best practices in senior care, medication administration, and safety protocols.
• Engage with residents through activities that promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
• Basic qualifications
• R.N. or L.P.N. license
• Proven experience in assisted living or nursing home settings.
• Strong background in managing long-term care facilities or group homes.
• Familiarity with home and community care practices.
• Preferred qualifications
• Experience working with individuals with dementia / Alzheimer's.
• Knowledge of operations management within a residential care context.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Financial acumen related to budgeting and resource allocation.

Pay : $32.00 - $40.00 per hour
