Successful candidate for this role will perform the planning, evaluation, analysis, and recommendation of technical computing products on large, complex projects - recognized as an expert throughout the company.
- provide the highest level technical product support including response to user questions, installation, system monitoring, testing, problem diagnosis, tracking, resolution, and routine maintenance.
- Facilitate and perform the delivery of technical services including the preparation of alternative solutions and technical recommendations.
- Formulate and direct the preparation of technical procedures, documentation, manuals, and reports.
- Maintain broad technical industry knowledge and broad understanding of our internal infrastructure.
- Mentor and provide functional / technical leadership and work direction to staff.
Additional Requirements
1. MUST HAVE extensive experience with python, SQL, and UiPath (or similar automation technology)
2. Technical certification in the administration technology field is preferred, but not mandatory.
