ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

ABOUT THE COMPANY

We are currently working with a very fast-growing company that is adding to their team in the way of an Accounting Assistant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISANT

  • Assist in the Accounts Payable Process including entering invoices, coding and matching
  • The Accounting Assistant will enter and process employee expense reports
  • Monitor bank statements and work on bank reconciliations
  • Assist in month end close process
  • The Accounting Assistant will help prepare and post journal entries

    • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

  • The right person is sharp, smart, a thinker, eager to learn, and very professional
  • Recent grad or some experience in AP
  • Strong technical skills and willingness to learn new systems

    • Salary : Up to $50,000 / yr
