Summary

Engineered Tower Solutions PLLC is currently seeking candidates interested in working in a hands-on role supporting our CMT Division in the tower industry. The CMT Field Tech position for ETS would comprise of work both in the field, and occasionally in the office to support the Inspections Division.

Responsibilities

• This is a heavy travel role requiring (80-90%) travel out of state most weeks, occasionally on short notice.
• Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years as a CMT Technician inspecting rebar and concrete, have critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and display strong written and oral communication skills.
• Must have or be able to obtain in the first 6 months of employment : ACI, field grade I ICC -Soils & Concrete OSHA 10 Hour CPR / First Aid
• Requirements
• Proven experience as a CMT Technician or similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety protocols.
• Excellent data collection and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform quality inspections and assessments effectively.
• Must live at least 1 hour from job site.
