Job Description

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in data migration, with a strong focus on SAP implementations.
• Extensive experience migrating HR data to SuccessFactors.
• Proven experience migrating data for other SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution).
• Hands-on experience with data migration tools, including Syniti.
• Strong understanding of data migration methodologies and best practices.
• Expertise in data profiling, cleansing, transformation, and validation techniques.
• Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
