PGA Dentistry in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida is seeking an experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to review Dental Treatment plan options and facilitate financial arrangements with our Patients. Must have Dental Office experience .

Treatment Coordinator Responsibilities :

• Present dental treatment plan options to patients
• Assist patients with financial arrangements and 3rd party finance plans
• Enter treatment plans into Dentrix
• Oversee doctors surgical schedule in Dentrix
• New Patient arrangements
• PPO Insurance verification and reconciliation
• Social Media
• Patient Statements and accounts receivables from patients
• Ensure smooth patient flow
