Director of IT (Remote - US)

This leadership role is responsible for shaping and executing IT strategy across multiple sites, including engineering labs, delivery depots, and corporate offices. You will oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud services, and cybersecurity programs while supporting robotics operations and business growth. The position requires balancing strategic planning with hands-on operational execution, ensuring systems scale efficiently and reliably. You will collaborate cross-functionally to implement productivity, ERP, and IoT systems, manage IT budgets, and lead a high-performing team. This role is ideal for an experienced IT leader eager to drive technological innovation in a fast-growing, tech-focused environment.

Accountabilities :

• Define and execute IT roadmap aligned with organizational growth and R&D goals.
• Oversee enterprise IT infrastructure, networks, cloud platforms, and edge-device deployments.
• Ensure IT security, compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA, and manage incident response.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, HR, finance, and facilities to deliver effective IT solutions.
• Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing IT team, managing vendors and budgets.
• Establish SLAs and drive continuous improvement in IT support services for offices, labs, and operational depots.
