Description
Essential Job Functions
- Directs organization's operations to ensure that the operations staff executes service agreements at, or above the client's standards.
- Maximize profitability through superior client service, effective and prompt communications and follow-up on all pending matters with the client.
- Plan and monitor daily staffing schedules and adjusts accordingly to ensure adequate staffing levels that support operational demands and business objectives.
- Develops and maintains relationships with vendors to achieve company goals.
- Manage revenue and expenses to budget constraints.
- Responsible to train, develop and motivate employees to peak performance and growth in their knowledge and responsibilities.
- Ability to manage the financial aspects of the department (purchasing, budget preparation and review, financial reporting and monitoring expenses).
- Other duties as assigned.

Professional certification may be required in some areas.
