We are seeking an experienced Traveling Multi Family Superintendent. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, enjoys the challenge of multi-tasking, and has a passion for travel. This position will take you to various locations where you will oversee the construction and maintenance of multi-family residential properties including assisted living facilities, dorms, student housing, and apartments.

Responsibilities :

As a Traveling Multi Family Superintendent, you will be responsible for :

• Overseeing all stages of project life cycle and ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Supervising onsite personnel and subcontractors, interfacing with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
• Ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Planning and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, including hiring subcontractors and working with engineers, architects, and vendors.
• Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
• Participating in project meetings and providing status updates to stakeholders.
