OVERVIEW

Opportunity to join a nimble accounting team that thrives on innovation, accuracy, and continuous professional development. As a Staff Accountant, you’ll be an integral part of our month-end close process, procurement-to-pay cycle, audit support, and other accounting areas as assigned. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical individual who is passionate about accounting operations and driving process improvements in a fast-paced, scaling environment.

General Ledger (GL) Responsibilities :

• Prepare and post journal entries, ensuring accurate reconciliation across multiple accounts, including banking, fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, benefits, and payroll as part of the month-end close process.
• Assist in preparing variance analysis, financial statements, and performance dashboards, providing meaningful commentary on actual results versus forecasts.
• Reconcile cash transactions and bank statements for multiple corporate bank accounts daily.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support financial audits, ensuring successful and timely completion with auditors and third-party stakeholders.

The salary range listed is the base pay range for this position. In addition, the total compensation package includes bonus, equity and benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location.
