This is a call center so all of our assignments involve taking or making calls for multiple projects, it's the main objective of our department.
To assist with troubleshooting when something is wrong at one of our stores.
Will need to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Must be willing to move around shift times with projects.

THIS JP IS FOR AN 8 HOUR SHIFT BETWEEN 8 : 00AM 8 : 00PM. PLEASE ENSURE THAT THE AGENCIES INFORM THE CANDIDATES
OF THE HOURS THEY NEED TO BE AVAILABLE.
Note Training is 5 days a week onsite (Training shift time maybe different for each candidate but will be in-between the 8 AM to 8 PM window)
START DATE MAY BE SOONER THAN SPECIFIED. Cleared workers can start on Mondays.
Additional information; They are willing to consider candidates with diverse experiences, but the ideal candidate has some education or work experience with IT hardware installations.
Military veterans also considered even if without specific experience.
