Account Executive, MDU
Overview
C Spire Home is a consumer field organization responsible for driving sales by securing marketing contracts with owners and developers of apartment, condo, and single-family homes within the C Spire service footprint.
These partnerships enable us to market and grow strategic consumer products and services in these communities. C Spire's Home line-of-business is currently looking to fill an Account Manager, MDU (Multi-dwelling Unit) sales position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth of C Spire’s strategic consumer products (Video, Internet, Voice) at specific locations where C Spire has contractual marketing relationships.
This position requires strong sales and relationship building skills, creativity, and the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
Responsibilities
- Train and motivate property staff to recommend C Spire’s consumer products and services.
- Visiting properties within your assigned module and form strong relationships with key influencers and owners.
- Managing commissions, scheduling sales events, maintaining marketing materials on site, coordinating sales events with other C Spire sales channels to drive sales.
- Meet and exceed specific sales targets.
Qualifications
- REQUIRED : At least two years Account Management and / or Sales experience with proven experience requiredA proven track record for meeting / exceeding sales quotas requiredProven customer service experience that includes problem resolution is requiredReliable transportationExcellent negotiating skillsEffective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsExcellent client relationship skillsAbility to work flexible hours if requiredHighly organized and excellent time management skills

A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or related fieldStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility and desire to meet and exceed specific sales targets
