Kitchen Manager Requirements & Qualifications :
3+ years of experience in a Kitchen Manager, Executive Sous Chef, or similar, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.Experience leading, coaching, and developing the BOH team to ensure smooth operations and consistent, high-quality food execution.Proven track record of all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations and company policies.Oversight of inventory management, ordering, and food cost controls to drive profitability and reduce waste.Optimize labor efficiency through smart scheduling, staffing oversight, and overtime management.Kitchen Manager Preferred Background & Skills :
Manage kitchen staff performance, including hiring, training, evaluations, and ongoing development.Collaborate closely with FOH leadership to ensure cohesive service, communication, and guest satisfaction.Demonstrated leadership ability with a focus on team development, accountability, and positive kitchen culture.Exceptional organizational and time management skills; able to prioritize tasks and manage high-pressure service periods.In-depth knowledge of culinary operations, inventory systems, food safety procedures, and local health code compliance.
