Responsibilities :

  • Develop, implement, and adapt curriculum and instructional materials to meet the varying needs of students
  • Create and maintain individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with families and support staff
  • Assess and evaluate students progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to each students education
  • Plan and facilitate engaging learning experiences that promote social and emotional development
  • Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment conducive to learning
