Qualifications

5+ years of professional OnBase development experience required; 8+ years preferred.

Strong knowledge of SQL and experience writing complex queries.

Proficiency in JavaScript and .NET (C# preferred) for custom scripting and API integration.

Experience with OnBase API (Unity API, REST API) for integrations and automation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.

Experience mentoring junior developers or working in team environments is a plus.

Experience building ADA-compliant solutions and working with accessibility tools like JAWS and Dragon is a plus

Active Hyland OnBase certifications is a plus
