Role Description
This is a PRN on-site role as a Registered Nurse at Premier Surgical Institute in Loveland, OH. As a Preop / PACU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assisting physicians during procedures, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and educating patients and their families on pain management techniques.
You will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a related field
- Knowledge of interventional pain management procedures and medications
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical record systems
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Pain management or anesthesia experience is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred
