A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound communications for patient inquiries and appointment scheduling
Document and relay patient information according to Practice guidelines and ensure timely resolution of patient issues
Utilize computerized systems for scheduling and maintain accurate patient records
Required Qualifications
A minimum of a High School diploma / GED is required
Ability to explain healthcare issues empathetically to patients
Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications
Comfortable using various communication tools including phone, email, and online chats
Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
