The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise and a commitment to driving success in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead critical delivery engagements and ensure operational excellence in service delivery execution.
• Influence internal and external stakeholders by presenting innovative and compelling technology solutions.
• Assess customer requirements and develop service delivery methods to achieve customer and business outcomes.
• Provide senior technical expertise in network infrastructures and contribute to business and technology solutions.
• Collaborate with various agencies within the U.S. Public Sector to support their IT transformation initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to assigned customers / accounts, making onsite visits as needed to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Resolve complex customer problems and provide guidance on best practices in network management and security.
• Continuously learn and apply new technical skills relevant to the role and adjacent technologies.
