A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SCHEDULING COORDINATOR

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you are at the center of our goal to provide the best patient experience while maximizing the efficiency of our operations. With your outstanding organizational skills, you maintain orderly and up-to-date files. You collect, sort, and distribute documents and messages to patients or other offices in a timely manner. It is also your responsibility to coordinate and accept deliveries as well as keep our office clean, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.

Your positive, friendly disposition comes through in all your interactions with patients as you answer phone calls, greet visitors, and handle inquiries. You follow up with missed or late appointments as well as stay on top of collecting payments. You love using your customer service skills to create an amazing experience for our patients!

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of office experience
• Ability to accurately type at 40 words per minute
• Spanish speaking a plus

2 years of office experience is preferred but not required. Are you detail-oriented? Do you have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal? Are you flexible and willing to help where needed? Can you listen to others with empathy? If yes, give us the chance to review your information!

SCHEDULING COORDINATOR WORK SCHEDULE

The office is open Monday - Friday , rotating between locations. Individual schedule may vary.
