Managed Care Payer Manager

A company is looking for a Managed Care Payer Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Research, review, and interpret Insurance Provider Manuals and reimbursement rates

Consult with revenue cycle stakeholders and provide expert guidance on reimbursement interpretation

Generate reports and analyze data to ensure accuracy in rate calculations

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

4 years of experience in managed care, hospital revenue cycle, or healthcare insurance

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of governmental payer functions and payment methodologies

Patient Accounting and coding knowledge (CPT / HCPC)
