Ascend Staffing is hiring an experienced Regional Manager to lead and oversee multiple branch offices in Iowa, Illinois, Georgia, Kansas, and Oklahoma. This is a high-level leadership role responsible for driving sales, managing operations, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

As a Regional Manager, you will :

• Manage multiple branch offices and support Branch Managers in day-to-day operations
• Drive regional sales growth and profitability
• Develop and implement strategies to meet regional and company goals
• Build and maintain client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention
• Identify new business opportunities and assist with presentations and client visits
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop staff across multiple states
• Audit offices for compliance and operational excellence
• Review key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of improvement
• Oversee regional profit and loss (P&L) statements
• Report directly to the Vice President and participate in Senior Management meetings
