Twin City Staffing is hiring an experienced regional sales manager to oversee a team within the West Coast territory. This fully remote direct-hire position is ideal for a strategic and driven professional with a strong background in sheet metal fabrication sales and leadership. Youll guide a talented team, strengthen customer relationships, and lead growth initiatives across a multi-state region. Location : Kansas City, MO Fully remote must reside within the West Coast Territory Wage : $75,000 - $165,000 / year (base + commission + bonuses) Hours : Full-time Benefits of the regional sales manager position : Comprehensive sales and product training program Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life, short-term, and long-term disability coverage Paid time off, holidays, and sick time 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing plan Award-winning wellness program Tuition reimbursement Duties of the regional sales manager position : Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed regional and corporate goals Lead and mentor a team of Fabrication Specialists, ensuring accountability and skill development Build and maintain strong customer relationships across the West Coast territory Travel regionally (50% or more) to support team members and key accounts Monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and product line growth Present technical product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients Conduct market and competitive analysis to refine sales strategies Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and open houses Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational alignment Manage daily sales operations including recruiting, training, and performance evaluations Requirements of the regional sales manager position : Must reside within the west coast territory High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Minimum of 5 years of sales or sales management experience in a related industry Minimum of 5 years of experience with fabrication tooling (Punch / Die, Press Brake, Laser) Ability to travel regionally (50% or more) Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; CAD or programming knowledge a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Self-motivated and results-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Excellent verbal and written communication in English Additional Information : Apply today!
