Job Summary:
OH10 - SYNERGY HomeCare of Lakewood is seeking a compassionate and caring Home Health Aide (Non-Medical) to join our team! As a Home Health Aide, you will provide non-medical care and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical care and support to clients, including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care
Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Help clients with mobility and transfers, such as getting in and out of bed or using the bathroom
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Report any changes or concerns to the client's family or care team
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Requirements:
1 years of experience preferred
Ability to provide non-medical care and support to clients
Ability to lift and move clients, as well as bend and stoop
Ability to travel to and from client homes and adapt to changing situations
Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
