BerlinRosen is seeking an Account Director to join our Impact Team to lead strategy and wins for account teams combating antisemitism, advancing key advocacy efforts within the Jewish community, promoting interfaith dialogue and fostering Jewish cultural and educational initiatives, as well as areas including, but not limited to, reproductive rights, impact investing, labor, and environmental justice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a difference with impactful communications campaigns and mission-driven work.
Role location : This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis. The Impact team is in-office at least 3 days per week.

Essential skills :
Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills) : $110,000-$130,000
Account Directors are eligible for end of year bonuses based on firm, team and individual performance.
