Paralegal / Contracts Associate

Job Summary

Our corporate activities are growing rapidly, and we are currently seeking a full-time, office-based Paralegal / Contracts Associate to join our growing Sponsor Contracting team. Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support services to Medpace Contracts Attorneys including but not limited to :
• Review sponsor and vendor contracts;
• Review confidentiality agreements;
• Send out executed contracts;
• Draft termination letters to vendors;
• Act as the main point of contact for contract database;
• Provide contract process support to internal teams;
• Support Contracts Attorneys with legal research;
• Complete special projects as assigned.
