Job Description
Fuel is seeking a Performance Management Consultant to help deliver actionable, prioritized performance-oriented statements; improve existing performance management processes and measurements aligned with the client's new business plan; identify and optimize key processes; address gaps between desired results and baseline measures; suggest resources and processes to close the gaps; and establish and facilitate a management review program. The consultant will also assist the customer in evolving from a manual dashboard capability to an automated process using Tableau.
Major Responsibilities
- Facilitate and lead working sessions with stakeholders to identify goals and values.
- Identify and develop benchmarks; research and apply best practices.
- Conduct capability assessments and gap analyses.
- Support the preparation of senior-level corporate briefings by summarizing detailed data into impact statements and framing insights for senior decision-makers.
- Prepare, manage, and review high-level communications, including briefings, reports, submissions, and notes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Conduct cross-team analysis of performance data and improve processes to enhance performance.
- Integrate client workflow data from JIRA, ServiceNow, and Primavera P6.
- Utilize Tableau to visualize data analytics.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to understand their data needs to expand budget planning.
- Leverage Agile and PMF methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.
Desired Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience providing strategic planning and performance management services for Intelligence Community clients.Proven experience in establishing and evolving Tableau services.Experience coordinating with senior leadership to finalize strategic documents and products.Excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to support the intelligence mission and convey progress to stakeholders.Experience managing or developing performance management programs.Process improvement experience, including analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze mission processes, identify shortfalls, and recommend solutions.Candidates can apply on our website or email info@fuelconsultingllc.com.
