Role : Business Analyst

CompleteDescription :

The ideal candidatewill have business analysis expertise in gathering and analyzinginformation from stakeholders business owners customers andmanagement for implementation of information technology solutions.

They will document business requirements and create user stories.They will analyze review and recommend possible solutions toidentified business problems thru the implementation of technicalsolutions.

Responsibilitiesinclude :

• Collaborate with thebusiness developers application and data architects system testersto translate requirements into user stories / PBIs to provide a cleardetailed and complete understanding of therequirements.
• Lead requirementdiscussions to document analyze and translate functional andnonfunctional business requirements into project specificationsbusiness process diagrams andworkflows
• Help to identifydependencies and downstream impact factors to guide the projectteam to successfully deliver the solutions for eachsprint.
• Identify areas wheretechnical solutions would improve businessperformance
• Contribute knowledgeand insight during amigo meetings for product development andtesting strategy while providing subject expertise and guidanceduring the software development lifecycle
• Assist in validationand triage of Productionissues
• Create or updateproject deliverables artifacts and technical specifications inaccordance with clientrequirements
• Identify and mitigatepotential risks within existing and future stateprocesses
• Support systemtesters and UAT processes by reviewing test plans requirementsassessing business impacts of systems development to ensurebusiness objectives aremet
• Assist system testersto identify test scenarios forautomation

RequiredQualifications

• Minimum of5 plus years business analysis experience in a structured softwaredevelopmentenvironment
• Minimum of 2 yearsAgile software developmentexperience
• Excellentunderstanding of the software development lifecycle
• Must have excellentwritten and oral communicationskills
• Ability to understandand document technical / functional ITrequirements
• Ability to understandand test technical / functional ITrequirements
• Experience withintegration of applications to outside internal or externalapplications
• Knowledge of usingAzure DevOps tool to create Features and Product BacklogItems
• Knowledge of using SQL (Oracle19c)
• BachelorsDegree
