Your Impact :
Serve as a key point of contact for over 100+ program personnel, managing timecards, travel expenses, and process improvement effortsDeliver insightful cost-reduction recommendations and identify opportunities for financial efficiencyIndependently handle PMO and customer inquiries, providing clear, actionable informationCoordinate travel and financial operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in a 24x7 operational environmentCollaborate across teams including program management, customer leadership, and field operations to drive seamless communication and resultsTrack, analyze, and report on program expenses, payments, and vouchersSupport additional PMO and sponsor requirements to help achieve program milestonesWhat You'll Bring :
Active TS / SCI clearance with polygraph (required)Bachelor's degree and 12 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 13 years of prior relevant experience; additional experience may substitute for educationProven organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with financial systemsStrong understanding of customer operations and mission requirementsCome break things (in a good way).
