- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and close talent in competitive markets.
- Use data and insights to influence decisions and improve processes.

A seasoned GTM recruiter with a consultative approach and strong business acumen.Skilled at building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders.Comfortable navigating complex searches and competitive talent markets.What You’ve Accomplished
8+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Sales / GTM roles.Proven success sourcing and closing passive candidates in SaaS / cloud markets.Expertise with ATS, CRM, and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.Pega Offers You
