Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join a growing GI practice in Macon, GA, specializing in adult Gastroenterology and endoscopy.

• Provides high-quality clinical care in office / hospital settings, assisting physicians with examinations and procedures.
• Reviews medical records, administers medications, orders and evaluates diagnostic tests, and develops treatment plans.
• Instructs patients and families on medications and health management, performs history and physical exams, and promotes illness prevention.
• Ensures departmental compliance with regulations and completes required competencies.
• Works independently or collaboratively, demonstrating strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Qualifications include a Master's degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program, an active APRN license in Georgia, and BLS certification. The role offers full-time hours with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and a flexible schedule.
