Job Title : Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pay : $24-$30 per hour (depending on experience)

We're hiring an experienced AP / AR Specialist to join a fast-paced and growing team. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both incoming and outgoing financial transactions. If you're organized, reliable, and ready to take ownership of your work - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

• Process high-volume invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors (AP)
• Prepare and send customer invoices and follow up on outstanding balances (AR)
• Reconcile vendor statements and customer accounts
• Maintain accurate records and assist with month-end close
• Communicate with internal departments and external clients as needed
