As a Speech Therapist, you will serve as a key partner in your patients' journey to recovery, working closely with them to help restore and enhance their communication, swallowing, and cognitive abilities. Your work will support their independence and safety at home, ensuring optimal function and quality of life. This role follows a patient-centered Plan of Care developed in coordination with the physician and patient / caregiver.
