About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to expand our B2B network, develop new business opportunities, and drive product visibility within the travel trade. This role requires strong relationship management skills, in-depth knowledge of the travel industry, and a passion for sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand B2B partnerships to enhance branding and product positioning, identify and generate new business opportunities and affiliations within the travel trade, and provide training, support, and assistance to existing clients on the platform.
- Drive new business development and generate qualified sales leads.
- Manage sales of travel-related services to travel agents and tour operators.
- Follow up on existing quotes and inquiries to ensure business conversion.
- Maintain strong relationships with current clients and onboard new ones to increase market share.
- Collaborate with the operations team to address pre‑sales requirements and ensure seamless client servicing.
Desired Profile
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the travel industry.Background in Business Development and Account Management is essential.Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.Joining / Notice period : up to 30 days.Strong communication skills in English and local language (spoken and written).Proven experience in selling outbound travel destinations.Good understanding of the local travel trade, agents, and hotel markets.Proficient in MS Office, email correspondence, and internet research.Candidates with IATA certification or experience in outbound travel agencies will be preferred.Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, and capable of working independently as well as in a team.Experience & Compensation
