- Review incoming task order requirements and coordinate with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure complete understanding of client needs.
- Collaborate with client representatives and internal Abacus teams to ensure accurate fulfillment of staffing requests and adherence to contract requirements.
- Manage daily staffing operations, including candidate submittals, interview coordination, onboarding, and timekeeping compliance.
- Oversee end-to-end staffing processes to maintain high quality and timely response to all client requisitions.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with client departments, ensuring reliable and consistent service delivery.
- Coordinate with recruiting teams to identify qualified candidates and sustain a proactive pipeline for recurring or critical positions.
- Ensure acknowledgment of job orders within required response timelines and confirm fulfillment progress regularly.
- Address personnel issues promptly in collaboration with HR, compliance, and payroll teams to ensure smooth workforce management.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative and operational processes to ensure seamless execution and accurate reporting of all assignments.
- Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on staffing activity, employment statistics, and performance metrics.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as fill rate, retention, and client satisfaction, identifying trends and recommending process improvements.
- Participate in continuous improvement and quality assurance efforts to enhance service efficiency, compliance, and client satisfaction.

- 8+ years of progressive experience managing or coordinating staffing operations for government, transportation, or large-scale public-sector clients.
- Strong understanding of contract execution, reporting, and compliance processes.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple client accounts and manage high volumes of requisitions under strict timelines.
- Expertise in the full staffing lifecycle - requisition intake, sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and employee management.
- Experience tracking and analyzing performance data, with focus on metrics like time-to-fill, retention, and attendance compliance.
- Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local labor standards, including FLSA, EEO, ACA, and background screening requirements.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems (e.g., JobDiva, Bullhorn) and productivity tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Skilled in handling high-pressure, deadline-driven environments with professionalism and attention to detail.
