Nurse Practitioner (Per Diem)

Imagine360 is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our Yakima, WA miCare team! miCare delivers on-site primary care clinics to remove both access and cost barriers for enrolled health plan members, offering greater opportunity for education and engagement. This Nurse Practitioner position is responsible for delivering office based primary care for males and females of all ages and includes chronic disease management with an emphasis on wellness along with acute episodic care.

• This is a per diem position.

Position Location : 103 S. 3rd Street, Yakima, WA 98901

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Utilizes knowledge and skills to care for patients under the conformance of current and recognized techniques, procedures and standards. Includes but not limited to :

physical examinations

Acts as a role model in demonstrating the core values in customer service delivery.
