Location : Waterloo, Iowa

Type : Contract

Compensation : $14.90 hourly

Contractor Work Model : Onsite

Hours : Part-Time 20 hours a week

Job Duties :

• Greet and guide customers as they arrive at the service center.
• Monitor customer flow and direct individuals to the appropriate service areas.
• Assist in managing waiting areas and maintaining an organized, orderly environment.
• Communicate estimated wait times and general information to customers.
• Support Customer Service Representatives by managing front-end logistics while applications are being processed.
• Alert management to any operational concerns or customer service issues.
• Ensure customers receive timely and courteous service.
