Job Description
The Wilner Group has partnered with our client, a ramp manufacturing company with over 30 years of experience. Together we are searching for a Commercial Access Director to join their team in the Bergen County, NJ area.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and oversee day-to-day operations of the Business Development, Account Management, and Project Management teams.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and meet revenue goals.
- Partner with senior leadership to identify new markets and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor performance metrics, pipeline activity, and deliver timely reports to executive leadership.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and professional development through regular coaching and one-on-one meetings.
- Champion exceptional client service and long-term relationship management.
Requirements :
10+ years of progressive sales experience, including 5+ years in a leadership or customer experience management role.Ability to design and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals and market growth.Skilled at building, motivating, and mentoring high-performing, cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and relationship management skills, with proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, and other sales management tools.Compensation : $125k - $150k
