As part of our growing team, youll help shape an innovative model of care that centers community connection and holistic mental wellness.Position SummaryThe Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will provide outpatient psychotherapy to adolescents, young adults, and families. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong clinical skills, cultural humility, and a collaborative approach to care. This role offers flexible scheduling, hybrid work options, and opportunities for professional growth as the practice expands its services.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individual, family, and / or group therapy using evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma-focused, or strength-based approaches).Conduct biopsychosocial assessments, formulate treatment plans, and document progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EHR system within required timeframes.Participate in team meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration with peer support staff, nurse practitioners, and external care providers.Provide crisis assessment and intervention as clinically indicated.Maintain professional boundaries, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA and state regulations.Uphold the practices mission of inclusive, affirming, and accessible mental health care.QualificationsMasters degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.Active LCSW license in Pennsylvania (in good standing).Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure preferred.Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and / or LGBTQIA+ populations strongly preferred.Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.CompensationThis is a split-rate position based on a percentage of collected revenue.LCSWs receive 70 / 30 of collected session fees.Split includes EHR access, administrative support, billing, scheduling, and marketing provided by Peace of Mind MHG.Additional opportunities for performance-based bonuses and program leadership may become available as the practice grows.
