Senior Manager, Construction Project Management

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Construction Project Management - Fit Out.

Key Responsibilities

Directs daily activities and operations of a large team of Construction / Operation Project Managers

Leads and manages medium to regional construction programs, ensuring projects meet company expectations

Conducts contract administration procedures including generation, review, and monitoring of contracts and related documents

Required Qualifications

12+ years of experience in project and construction management preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience in managing external vendors and maintaining high-value relationships

Ability to mentor junior team members and direct internal and external project teams

Experience in policy and procedure development in construction management
