We are seeking a Dealer Digital Program Manager to lead the CDJR Dealer Digital Program. This role will serve as the primary liaison between CDJR brand teams, media teams, and the Digital Dealer execution team to ensure alignment across all digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining consistent, brand-compliant website experiences across the CDJR dealer network, while also collaborating closely with the Tier 1 media team to coordinate Tier 3 media plans and spend.
Key Responsibilities include but not limited to :
- Serve as the primary liaison between CDJR brand teams, sales teams, Business Centers (BCs), and internal / external digital teams to ensure seamless coordination across initiatives
- Translate brand strategy and directives into clear, actionable digital initiatives that drive measurable improvements in lead generation and vehicle sales through dealership websites
- Maintain strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional partners including Mopar, Certified Used Vehicles, Sales, Fleet, Commercial Vehicles, and Brand Marketing teams to align on shared goals and digital priorities
- Oversee multiple concurrent digital projects, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines, brand standards, and performance expectations
- Make strategic decisions regarding digital content, site functionality, and third-party integrations to optimize dealer website effectiveness
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the dealer digital ecosystem and streamline digital operations
- Partner regularly with the Tier 1 media team to align Tier 3 plans and spend, eliminate cross-tier duplication, and maximize media efficiency
- Serve as the Tier 3 lead for the ongoing Connected Marketing Funnel project which aims to ensure cohesive marketing integration across marketing tiers
