Booking Coordination : Utilize industry knowledge and resources to research, recommend, and book flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, and other travel-related services for clients.

Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions, concerns, or special requests from clients promptly and professionally.

Travel Documentation : Assist clients with obtaining necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, travel insurance, and health certificates, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and requirements.

Follow-Up : Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with their travel arrangements, address any issues that may arise during their trip, and encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales and Marketing : Actively promote our travel services to generate leads, attract new clients, and expand our customer base through various marketing channels, including social media, networking, and referrals.

Requirements

Requirements
