American Medical Staffing is currently seeking a Private Duty RN for school-based contract positions throughout the Rockville area for the 24 / 25 school year.

RN – Private Duty Job Details :

As a Private Duty RN in schools, you’ll deliver consistent, high-quality nursing care to a child in a school setting. These patients typically require dedicated nursing care and management due to chronic or terminal conditions—and you’ll ensure they can learn and engage in a class setting while having their health needs met. Responsibilities include :

Providing skilled nursing care to the student in the classroom, including medication management and helping with feeding / hygiene

Monitoring progress and response to treatment, collaborating with the care team on medical needs and changes, and supporting the student as needed to achieve desired outcomes

Providing emotional support to students and families coping with medical concerns
