We’re representing a growing precision manufacturing company in the Hawthorne area that specializes in high-quality machined components for aerospace and defense applications. The team is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Programmer to join their operation and support complex part production with tight tolerances.

Job Details

Key Responsibilities :

Program multi-axis CNC milling machines using Mastercam (or similar CAD / CAM software)

Develop efficient toolpaths, setups, and fixturing for complex aerospace components

Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T to ensure dimensional accuracy

Collaborate with machinists and engineers to optimize machining processes

Troubleshoot, edit G-code, and ensure programs run efficiently and safely

Qualifications :

5+ years of CNC milling and programming experience (3, 4, or 5-axis)

Strong proficiency in Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent CAM software

Hands-on experience with HAAS, Okuma, or similar CNC mills

Deep understanding of precision machining, tooling, and GD&T principles

Ability to work from solid models and complex blueprints
