Job Title : HRIT Production Support Lead
Location : Jersey City, NJ - hybrid onsite

We're seeking an experienced HRIT Lead to oversee the ongoing support and optimization of our global HR systems landscape, with a particular focus on Workday HCM and other cloud-based HR applications. This role will lead a distributed team and partner closely with HR, IT, and third-party service providers to ensure high-quality delivery and support of HR technology services.
Responsibilities :
- Set direction and lead the strategy for HR technology support operations across a complex, global application environment.
- Oversee day-to-day application support for Workday and other HR systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues and strong service levels.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives that improve system reliability, enhance user experience, and optimize cost and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to align on priorities and ensure successful service delivery.
- Manage third-party vendors and offshore support teams to meet SLA commitments and deliver value.
- Act as the primary escalation point for HRIT support issues and ensure effective communication across impacted teams.
- Support compliance efforts related to SOX, data privacy, and other regulatory standards.
- Partner with project teams to support ongoing system enhancements, transformation programs, and roadmap planning.
- Serve as a backup to the HRIT Development Lead, contributing to roadmap execution and team coordination.
- Promote the adoption of emerging tools, automation, and best practices in HR service delivery.
Skills Needed :
Extensive experience (15+ years) in HR technology leadership roles, with deep functional and technical understanding of Workday HCM and associated HR platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, SuccessFactors, etc.).Proven success in managing multi-site and global HR systems support functions.Strong background working with offshore managed service providers and ensuring delivery against contractual SLAs.Demonstrated ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans while navigating complex organizational environments.Expertise in modules such as Core HCM, Global Payroll, Benefits, Time & Absence, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, and Learning.Deep understanding of compliance frameworks including SOX, GDPR, and internal audit requirements.Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.Data-driven decision maker with a sharp analytical mindset and strong attention to detail.Familiarity with modern ITSM practices, performance metrics, and governance frameworks.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio).Bachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science, or related field.
