The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding client needs, and providing customized IT consulting solutions to support their business objectives. ▶Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and continued partnership. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals. Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate IT consulting or technology services. Conduct presentations and solution demonstrations to highlight the value of our offerings. Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively to meet revenue and profitability goals. Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client success. Stay current on market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Maintain accurate sales records and customer information within the CRM system. Prepare contracts, follow through on signatures, and ensure timely client invoicing and payments. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and client networking opportunities to build brand visibility. Contribute to the achievement of annual sales and profit targets in the U.S. market. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (financial and business KPIs). Identify and escalate new opportunities for growth within existing accounts. ▶ Required Qualifications & Skills Proven experience in IT sales, account management, or business development (consulting, infrastructure, or application projects). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and business applications, ideally within the financial services industry. Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Experience managing IT or application projects is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in contract management and billing systems.
