Shift : Day – 5x8-Hour (08 : 30 – 17 : 00)

Contract Length : 13 weeks

Hours per Week : 40 HPW

📋 Job Description & Expectations

Unit Focus Areas : Endoscopy

Pain Management

Orthopedics

Hand Surgery

Dental

Ophthalmology

Bedside Shift Reporting (BSSR) required

Utilization of AIDET communication framework

Hourly rounding required

Patient-centered care using safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based practices

Team communication, collaboration, and participation in interdisciplinary discharge planning

First-time travelers : Not accepted

✅ Required Experience & Certifications

Experience : Minimum 2 years recent experience in related specialties

Certifications (AHA only) :

BLS

ACLS

PALS

🧠 Preferred Clinical Experience

Experience in multi-specialty surgical environments :

Endoscopy procedures

Pain intervention

Orthopedic / Hand / Dental / Ophthalmology procedures and recovery
