MES Technical Writer

A company is looking for a MES Technical Writer.

Key Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain documentation for the agile MES system deployment

Act as a liaison between technical teams and end-users to ensure clarity of technical information

Develop user manuals, installation guides, and training materials while collaborating with SMEs and QA teams

Required Qualifications

Experience in technical writing within regulated industries such as pharma or biotech

Proficiency with documentation tools like MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe PDF, Veeva Vault, and SharePoint

Strong understanding of system architecture and workflows

Ability to gather technical information through interviews and testing feedback

Knowledge of industry regulations such as FDA, GxP, and GDPR
