WORKING TITLE : DISTRIBUTED COMPUTER SYSTEMS SPECIALIST
This open competitive advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Circuit 10 in Lakeland, FL.
The mission of the Office of Information Technology is to deliver innovative, reliable, and secure technology solutions that support the strategic objectives and operational needs of the organization.
This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.
JOB DUTIES :
- Comprehensive IT Support : Provide support for computers, mobile devices, desktop workstations, and file and print servers at department sites.
- Network Management : Support local area networks, including troubleshooting and resolving network issues.
- VOIP Phone System : Provide support for the VOIP phone system, ensuring seamless communication.
- Technical Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve technical issues across various devices and systems.
- System Maintenance : Maintain and update hardware and software to ensure optimal performance and security.
