Senior Sales Coordinator

Martin Marietta is seeking a Senior Sales Coordinator to lead the order entry and fulfillment process within the Martin Marietta Magnesia Specialties division. The role involves interfacing with external customers and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless sales cycle.

Responsibilities :

• Order Processing : The Senior Sales Coordinator is accountable for receiving and entering customer orders into the ERP system. They then monitor the shipment until delivery is successfully made at the customer's location.
• Customer Interaction : As a key point of contact, the Senior Sales Coordinator engages directly with customers and provides value-added support to elevate the overall experience.
• Collaboration with Commercial Team : The Senior Sales Coordinator partners with commercial and manufacturing team members. Together, they handle periodic account actions, including pricing notifications, sample requests, regulatory inquiries, quality issues and specific billing questions.
• Customer Setup and Management : The role involves assisting in the setup of new customers and managing existing customer information within the internal system database.
• Reporting : The Senior Sales Coordinator assembles and distributes relevant sales and order reports to the organization.
